Here are some tips:
1. The first thing to check when not getting alerts from Incident Alerts is to look in your Junk Email folder with your mail provider. Sometimes Email providers like Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo can see an email from mailing systems as SPAM.
2. Verify your email address that you have under your account. Select 'Edit Account' from the 'USER' drop-down menu. We get a lot of return emails from email providers because of incorrect spellings or punctuation of an email address users enter.
3. Double check the email addresses you have entered under your account. You may have had more than one email address entered and due to returned emails we had to remove one.
4. Double check your subscription area's under 'Manage My Subscriptions' from the 'USER' drop-down menu. We change area's often by adding new sections. You may not be properly subscribed to what you are wanting to get notifications on.
