IBN - now Incident Alerts has spent a lot of time and money over the years developing our Incident Notification script.  We modified and worked it into a fun and workable script that can be used in a lot of different development areas.  The script doesnt have to be just an incident notification system.  it can be used as a dispatch system for security companies, incident alerts for fire departments or to be used as a incident notification system.

IA does license use of its script for users to purchase, which comes with installation or installation instructions.  The script can be installed on Linux web server operating systems using PHP 5.3 and above.
