With the new IA system release, a dispatcher can now add a link to where a feed is broadcasting the incident online. The following rules apply:

a. Feed can be with any system or service.
b. Link added must go to the feed directly or to information on how to access the feed.
c. Any advertisements posted for sake of - users will be banned from entire IBN system and RH servers.
d. Any links posted that direct to a file other than .mp3 will be banned from the entire IBN system and RH servers.
e. If you post Icecast or TS3, TS2 it the link will go to a page describing how to get to IBN services
